Lacrimento is an experiential proposal that seeks to materialize the sadness experienced during grief through the generation of a significant memory.

Lacrimento is an object that acts as a container for a saline solution capable of crystallizing naturally and generating a "precious stone" that acts as a memento and is created by the user. The experience is lived through a product simultaneously with the grieving experience.

It is then, an experimental project that allows obtaining a long-lasting crystal, a symbol of the transformation of pain into acceptance and continuation of life, which can be kept, used as a jewel or discarded when its objective has been fulfilled.

The project is part of the following article: https://doi.org/10.46840/ec.2022.17.a6
